Veterinary care can come with routine costs, planned treatments, and sometimes unexpected expenses. At Blackstone Animal Hospital, we want payment information to feel clear before your pet’s visit, procedure, or treatment plan moves forward.
Payment is due at the time services are provided. When diagnostics, surgery, dental care, or treatment are recommended, our team will review the plan and provide an estimate whenever possible so you can make informed decisions about your pet’s care.
If you have questions about payment options, pet insurance documentation, or third-party financing, please contact our team before your appointment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time services are provided. For your convenience, Blackstone Animal Hospital accepts cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
When your pet needs diagnostics, treatment, surgery, or dental care, our team will review the recommended plan and provide an estimate whenever possible before moving forward.
Pet Insurance
Pet insurance can help offset the cost of unexpected veterinary care. If your pet is insured, we can provide the itemized invoices, medical records, and other documentation needed to submit your claim. Coverage, reimbursement, deductibles, and claim approvals are determined by your insurance provider.
We work with all pet insurance companies. For clients with Trupanion, direct payment may be available for eligible claims. Please let our team know before your pet's visit or procedure so we can help guide you through the process.
To learn more about pet insurance, visit providers such as Trupanion, OVMA Pet Health Insurance, Petline Insurance, or Fetch Pet Insurance to compare coverage options and find the plan that's right for your pet.
Third-Party Financing
Blackstone Animal Hospital does not offer in-house payment plans. However, we do accept third-party financing through services such as LendCare.
These financing options are managed directly through the provider. Approval, payment terms, interest rates, and account questions should be handled with Petcard or LendCare directly.
